Hundreds of vets trust us with their career, and we don’t take that lightly. That’s
why we strive to uphold our mission and stay true to our culture — from how we
work to who we hire, and everything in between.

Be treated like a person, not a number.

We care about every IndeVet as a person, and that means we’re there for the good days. And the bad. If you ever need help, we want you to feel comfortable asking us for it.

Feel supported every step of the way.

Every IndeVet has dedicated clinical support from their Director of Clinical Excellence (DCE) and Area Clinical Lead (ACL). Think of them like your wing-people. They’re your advocates who can speak to clinics on your behalf, lend support after hard days, and give high fives after great ones.

Work at hospitals that genuinely care.

Our practices know to be on their best behavior when an IndeVet walks through their door. That’s because we provide them with guidelines on how to make you happy, productive, and successful. And if they don’t follow them, you go somewhere that does, while we make the call to the hospital to find out what’s going on and course correct.

Never diagnose a foreign body alone again.

IndeVets are stronger together. Whether you’re at a clinic with other IndeVets or not, you always have access to our private clinical chat. Think of it like a group chat with all your smartest vet school pals. And it’s way better than waiting on hold on the Antech line.

M&M. CE. FYIs and
plenty of LOLs.

Every quarter, one of our AMDs hosts an IndeVets Buzz Session. It’s where we meet virtually to do M&M rounds, discuss upcoming CE opportunities, and go over new medications and tools. It’s like reading JAVMA, but way more fun. You’ll also get to meet and hang with other IndeVets at our regularly scheduled dinners and happy hours led by our AMDs. Our monthly free CE lectures are super casual and always worthwhile. And you can show up in your jammies whenever you want.

Great Place to Work Certified, May 2023-May 2024 USAIt’s true, and we even have the certificate to prove it!

Some fine folks started an initiative to spotlight companies who genuinely offer a great culture. Thanks to their independent survey, we found out that a whopping 96% of our employees think IndeVets is a great place to work. Most U.S.-based companies only average at 57%. So that’s nothing to sniff at.

  • 99% of our employees say you can count on people to cooperate
  • 98% of our employees say management is approachable, easy to talk with
  • 98% of our employees agree we hire people who fit in well

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is a key part of our business.

Our customers and our employees come from all walks of life. It’s one of our favorite parts of this job. Every day, we have the opportunity to learn from each other and draw on the differences in who we are, what we’ve experienced, and how we think.

But there is always more work to be done. That’s why we all take on the responsibility of embracing and including every individual. No matter their background, race, gender, or nationality.

Together, we pledge to lift each other up, to hold each other accountable, and to continue eliminating behaviors that exclude others.
