We started IndeVets because we were sick and tired of working weekends, office drama, and constantly feeling burnt out. If you know a veterinarian who could use a change, send them our way. We’ve got plenty of shifts, benefits, and vacation time to go around. And you don’t have to work for us to make a great referral!

Here’s how the IndeVets Referral Program works:

1. Start by recommending a qualified vet with this form.
2. We’ll keep you updated as they go through our interview process.
3. If they join the team and stay for 3 months, you’ll earn $2,500 for full-time hires or $1,000 for part-time hires.

Current IndeVets receive an added incentive for referrals – check with your DCE or SSM for more details.

We aim to be great partners to our hospitals, and that means we never recruit their vets. If you work at an IndeVets Partner Hospital, please do not refer your colleagues.
