We hire very carefully. Less than 10 percent of applicants become IndeVets. And that’s because we carefully vet clinical skills, backgrounds and bed-side manners. We run background and license checks on all of our vets. In addition, our Chief Medical Officer interviews and approves all of our team members. Our candidate doctors are run through multiple case studies and clinical interviews.
Chief Medical Officer Marisa Brunetti, VMD developed recommended protocols for our doctors working at partner hospitals. The goals behind the protocols are to keep IndeVets and partner hospital employees and clients safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our protocols are based on AVMA’s guidelines.
It’s rare, but sometimes personalities don’t match. Just let us know. We’ll work with you to find the perfect IndeVet for your hospital.
We charge by the hour and invoice every two weeks. Rates vary by region. Contact us to learn about rates where you are.
Use IndeVets when you need us. There are no posting requirements.
